BASIC CONFERENCE DETAILS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Mandatory Registration: All attendees must be registered for the conference. Entry without valid registration is not permitted.
  2. PG Student & Research Fellows Verification: Postgraduate students must upload a bonafide certificate or institutional ID card at the time of registration.
  3. Non-transferability of Registration: Registrations are strictly non-transferable.
  4. Charges & Taxes: All transaction charges to be borne by delegate. GST applicable as per norms.
  5. Non-refundable Charges: GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
  6. Spot Registrations: Delegate kits subject to availability.
  7. Rescheduled Conference: If rescheduled, no cancellation fee on base registration (GST excluded).
  8. Communication Protocol: Delegates must mention registration number in all communications.
  9. Access for Accompanying Persons: May be restricted as per organizers’ discretion.
  10. Liability Disclaimer: Organizers not responsible for changes, loss, or delays.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  1. Cancellations must be emailed with registration number in subject.
  2. Before 31st Dec 2026: 50% cancellation fee (excluding GST).
  3. After 1st Jan 2027: Non-refundable.
  4. Refunds processed within 6 weeks.
  5. Email timestamp considered official request date.
  6. GST is strictly non-refundable.
