1. Mandatory Registration: All attendees must be registered for the conference. Entry without a valid registration is not permitted.
2. PG Student & Research Fellows Verification: Postgraduate students must upload a bonafide certificate or institutional ID card at the time of registration.
3. Non-transferability of Registration: Registrations are strictly non-transferable.
4. Charges & Taxes: All transaction charges shall be borne by the delegate. GST will be applicable as per government norms.
5. Non-refundable Charges: GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Spot Registrations: Delegate kits will be provided subject to availability.
7. Rescheduled Conference: In the event of rescheduling, no cancellation fee will be charged on the base registration amount (GST excluded).
8. Communication Protocol: Delegates must mention their registration number in all communications with the organizing committee.
9. Access for Accompanying Persons: Access for accompanying persons may be restricted at the discretion of the organizers.
10. Liability Disclaimer: The organizers shall not be responsible for any changes, cancellations, loss, injury, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
